About this house rental
Night Heron offers privacy while still being close to all the amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. The main floor features a renovated kitchen, living and dining room, primary bedroom/bath and bedroom/bath also located on the main floor - each with a Queen size bed. On the second floor there is a loft which has two twin beds, ideal for kids looking to have there own space. It is accessed by a spiral staircase. The deck features a great view of the lagoon and trees surrounding the cottage, high top table with four chairs and a gas grill.
Sea Pines has it all! Three championship golf courses, bike trails, numerous shops & restaurants plus the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse. Walk, Bike or Drive through Sea Pines and you can explore some of the best sights on Hilton Head. The activities include, Lawton Horse Stables, Sea Pines Forest Preserve with 605 acres, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town Marina, and The Sea Pines Beach Club just to name a few. Endless bike trails will take you anywhere you desire within Sea Pines.
The Night Heron community pool is not heated and is closed for swimming from October 1 until April 1.

Overall we had a wonderful week and the condo had enough space for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was a great place to relax and cool down.I had read prior reviews regarding the cleanliness of the unit, I hoped that the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately the unit was not as clean as places we have stayed in prior years. I spent some time at check in wiping down the walls with Clorox wipes, tv had handprints all over it, cobwebs and dirty floor boards etc. seems like the cleaning process consisted of bathrooms and bedding changes. It did not detract from our vacation experience but something to note when booking.Sea pines itself is always a joy! The unit was an easy bike ride to all the attractions and watching the alligators in the lagoon from the safety of the elevated deck was fun! The price was right for a 3 bedroom and some compromises are to be expected when looking to save alittle!

The house was in a perfect location for walking to the beach and biking to both ends of the island.Area was quiet and the lagoon allowed us to watch wildlife from the back porch. Had some minor issues with a faucet and smoke alarm which werepromptly addressed by the rental company. Pics make the house look a lot larger than it is but there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. Overall very pleased with the rental.
