This villa has a lovely glassed-in den furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and game table. The private patio also has a gas grill. These are popular accommodations for families and golfing groups with close access to the beach.

My wife and I just spent a month in this villa and it was great! The property is pretty old, but in decent shape. The second day of our stay, the furnace went out. I called The Vacation Company and about 15 minutes later Pete came out and looked at it. The unit had to be replaced and the HVAC company came out and installed a new one. All of our dealings with The Vacation Company are great! We have rented all over the country and I think that they are the best property management company we have used. We love Sea Pines and have reserved this unit for next January and February. The only concern that we have is the bed in the master bedroom is in need of replacement.

We loved staying at this property. We're very familiar with Hilton Head and have stayed in various places around the city and this property is listed as one of our favorites. The Vacation Company was wonderful to work with and found them very communicative and easy to get ahold of when we decided to extend our stay. The property was clean and nice. The beds and pillows, as well as the other furniture, were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking necessities. We loved the easy beach access. With two kids, a wagon, a beach tent, chairs, and coolers, our walk was 8 minutes. My husband loved having the putting green right in our backyard. The pool was a car ride away, but only a 7-minute drive. The pool was nice and had a snack bar, but pricy so plan to bring your own cooler of drinks and snacks. I would recommend this property, and would stay here again!
