Our Wallingford home is centered between multiple vibrant neighborhoods. Art enthusiasts will love the galleries and public art installations in the nearby Fremont neighborhood. Explore the bustling University District with its renowned University of Washington campus. Head to Gas Works Park for stunning downtown Seattle views and picturesque surroundings. With convenient access to public transit, including buses and the light rail, you can easily venture to other popular attractions in Seattle.
The space
Our home is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers seeking a peaceful and stylish retreat. Take in the peek-a-boo views of Mt. Rainier and the Space Needle while you stay cool in air conditioning during those warm summer days. The abundance of natural light creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We have two full-size beds, one queen-size bed, and the bathroom offers a rejuvenating shower experience. Our well-equipped kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, complete with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. For entertainment, we provide a Roku soundbar with a Netflix subscription. For some quality time together, we offer a selection of board games, puzzles, and books to keep you entertained throughout your stay. No need to worry about laundry, as we offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Work-Friendly Space:
For our business travelers or remote workers, we have set up a dedicated work-friendly space in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The desk comes with a keyboard, mouse, monitor (HDMI connection), and an ergonomic office chair, allowing you to be productive and comfortable during your stay.

While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. We do provide a pack and play, retractable gate on the main floor, and movable gate.
Guest access
We have a keyless entry system in place where each guest receives a unique entry code 24-48hrs prior to check-in, allowing you to check-in and access the accommodation at your convenience.

Parking:
Our street has only 2 hours max parking on weekdays between 7am-6pm (overnight and weekends no limit). There is unlimited street parking a few blocks to the West. The house has one off-street spot that will be available for your stay. During parking, we recommend passengers exit so the driver can hug one side.

***NOTE: Our street has a lot of car and foot traffic during school day drop off and pick times.***
Other things to note
For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $150. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $150/each.

A couple of considerations:
1. Steep Stairs: Accessing the two bedrooms on the second floor requires climbing steep stairs, which may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues.
2. Outdoor Noise: Our outdoor space, while providing a wonderful place to relax, may experience some highway and occasional plane noise. We have taken measures to minimize the impact inside, but light sleepers or guests sensitive to noise may want to consider this aspect when booking with us. Ear plugs are provided in the downstairs bathroom.
3. Fireplace is for decoration only.

**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.

Great location in Wallingford. Not really walkable but great short drive access to everything.Appreciated the white noise machines in all of the rooms, pack and play and toys for kids! Also appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. House was super clean!Thanks for a great stay!
