The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this 54 m² apartment with mountain views for rent in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a 54 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 54 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A loggia
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally situated in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
Amélie-les-Bains is a charming little spa town, nestled between the sea and the mountains, with its Catalan culture, carnival and folk festival.

- Sports activities at the nature leisure centre: supervised swimming (in summer), areas for running, walking and strolling, a fitness trail, a fishing lake… But also, from the very start of spring, a wide range of fun and sporting activities (paddleboarding, canoeing, pedalos, inflatable water games, water ski lift).
- Coach excursions available: Carcassonne, Sète, Le Perthus, Gran Jonquera, Barcelona...
- Relax on the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, Saint-Cyprien or Collioure and enjoy water sports: diving, sailing, jet skiing, stand-up paddleboarding…
Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. Free public parking is also available right outside the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- The shuttle bus stop is right outside the residence.
- Nearest railway station: Perpignan station, 37 km away (about 40 minutes’ drive)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport, 42 km away (about 45 minutes’ drive)
Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
