This unit worked out very well for us. It was clean, all communications with the Host and check-in was clear and accurate. The location is very good for many of the areas activities. We will use this unit again.

The property was very clean and the location was convenient to the town. We were surprised to find the bed was a Murphy bed but we had sufficient space around it when it was lowered. We will likely attempt to book the property again when we return to visit relatives.

Pros- good location 5 minutes from Granby ranch, easy parking, clean unit, quick responses from owners, reasonably priced
Cons- thin walls and noisy even with earplugs at night, 2nd bed a fold down couch which was lumpy and not comfortable, small. A studio and not a one bedroom.
Overall a decent place for 2 people
