The only issue was that the neighbors were very noisy - not much you can do about that!

My family had a great stay here. The studio was clean and well stocked and my kids loved all of the amenities. It was hard to get them to leave!

Pros- good location 5 minutes from Granby ranch, easy parking, clean unit, quick responses from owners, reasonably priced
Cons- thin walls and noisy even with earplugs at night, 2nd bed a fold down couch which was lumpy and not comfortable, small. A studio and not a one bedroom.
Overall a decent place for 2 people
