Sofa bed is thin and hard for my back, it’s like laying on ton of wires.

The staff at the front desk were exceptional. They were kind, understanding and helpful. They were my first impression of Colorado and they did not disappoint. I also had interactions with custodial, housekeeping and other tenants. All were pleasant and welcoming.
The room was well used. It had everything you could want ( except a slow cooker). Understandable. And the furniture was a little big for the space.
