Welcome to Padaro Retreat — a stunning beachfront home nestled directly on the sand of Padaro Lane, one of California's most coveted coastal addresses. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this is the ultimate getaway for groups and families looking to experience true seaside living. Watch dolphins swim past from your oversized patio, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and fall asleep to the sound of waves right outside your window — no sound machine needed here! 🌊
The Space:
🛏️ Primary Bedroom
Wake up to stunning ocean views in this airy and relaxing main bedroom. A glass sliding door opens to a shared balcony with two Adirondack chairs — the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Features a queen bed with a white linen bed frame and a closet.

Beautiful ocean views and a glass sliding door leading to the shared balcony. Includes a queen bed, dresser, closet with hangers, and a cable TV.
🛏️ Bedroom 3
A comfortable queen bed with a peek of the ocean, cable TV, dresser, and closet with hangers.
🛏️ Kids Room
Tucked at the back of the house down a small flight of stairs, this oversized room has 4 twin beds and 3 pull-out twin beds — perfect for the little ones. Includes an attached bathroom, cable TV, toys, and kids books.
🛏️ All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
🛁 Bathrooms
The home has 4 full bathrooms — 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. Two upstairs hallway bathrooms serve the main bedrooms (one with a standing shower, one with a bathtub shower). The 4th bathroom is attached to the kids room with a standing shower. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
📺 Living Room
The main living room on the first floor features a large L-shaped white couch, a 3-cushion leather couch, two large coffee tables, and a 50" smart TV (Netflix and other streaming services). A great space to unwind after a day on the beach.
🍴 Dining Room
A stunning raw long wooden dining table seats 10 — perfect for family meals together, it is located next to the living room and kitchen.
🍳 Kitchen
Cook up delicious meals while staring out at the glistening ocean. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, BBQ tools, and all your everyday essentials. Two coffee makers — a drip pot and a Keurig — plus an electric kettle and a stovetop kettle. Features a Viking fridge, stove, and oven.
🧺 Garage & Laundry
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Detergent isn't guaranteed — we recommend bringing your own, but feel free to use any that's available. Four bikes are also available for guest use. Please note: garage alcohol, storage bin items, and the extra surfboards in the garage are off limits.
🌊 Beach & Outdoors
The beach is right at your doorstep. The oversized patio is the heart of this home — featuring a BBQ, 2 fire pits, a large dining table, and comfy chairs to soak up the sunshine. Down the steps you'll find a ping pong table, beach toys, boogie boards, and 2 surfboards for your use. A foot bath and full outdoor shower make rinsing off after the beach a breeze.
A second smaller patio sits at the edge of the property right on Padaro Beach — pull up an Adirondack chair, watch the sunset, and keep an eye out for dolphins. 🐬
We're happy to provide boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and towels for all your beach needs. We just ask that you bring everything back to the property after use and avoid leaving any items on the sand.

For guest safety, there are two outdoor cameras — one in the driveway and one on the back patio — as well as a camera doorbell. These cameras do not record sound.

The entire property is yours to enjoy! Just a few areas are off limits: garage alcohol, items in storage bins (unless instructed by the manager), and the extra surfboards stored in the garage. The two surfboards provided for guest use can be found by the outdoor shower.

•Pets: Well-trained dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee of $750. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. Assistance animals are always welcome at no charge.
•Early luggage drop or late parking: Not available, as we can't monitor belongings or interrupt the cleaning crew between stays.
•Security deposit: No deposit required for short term stays! We've partnered with Safely to provide insurance coverage for accidental damages — already included in your rental rate. For stays longer than 28 days, a security deposit of $10,000 will be collected manually. Please reach out for more details.
•Additional cleaning: Available for longer stays at an added cost — just ask in advance.

📋 A California Association of Realtors Vacation Rental Agreement will be required to sign upon booking.

A great family vacation home. Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds great bathrooms fantastic kitchen and family room and the deck looking at the ocean is a show stopper we rented a car to explore the area but ended up never leaving the home except to Albertsons! All the amenities are as advertised. Will be back!

This amazing beach rental was the perfect choice for a multi-family Christmas vacation! The location was outstanding- with a beautiful beach out front perfect for walking, swimming, and watching the dolphins swim by each morning. It is now one of our favorite spots in the Santa Barbara area! The kitchen, family room, and outside deck were ideal for our 10-person group to lounge, cook, eat, and play games. The entire house was just as advertised. Overall, the experience was amazing and we hope to be back sometime soon. Highly recommended!!
