Awesome Views was a great fit for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Proximity to pier was a plus for teens and the pool was a hit with everyone. Overall a great house. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and some of the furniture needs replacement. However, these issues didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The house was spacious and the elevator an added bonus!

We held a family reunion here and we were very happy. Despite a couple of 'snafus', elevator didn't work at first, dish washer was broken and several of the chairs were broken; the maintenance crew was very responsive to our needs. House was clean and just as described. Wonderful location and we will be coming again!

House was in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. House so was big and roomy. All the stairs can wear you out so be warned and the elevator was out of order. Could of been cleaner but we didn't let that spoil our time! Refrigerator on each floor was so handy too!

The property was well appointed with each bedroom having its own bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. Beach access was across the street. The kitchen (third floor) had pretty much everything we needed (except a blender and working can opener). Another refrigerator came in handy on the second floor. Lots of chairs on the front a back porch. Even though the weather did not cooperate we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again.
