In the backyard, there is a large 20 feet by 12 feet size private pool. During the colder months, this pool provides the option for pool heat for an additional fee. We really loved this spaciousness, private bathrooms in each room, distance to the Beach. All the features we were looking for. Elevator gave us the most problems... hard to work... many lockouts. Larger TVs would be nice in bedrooms. Dryer needs to be replaced. Private pool was a plus!!
