Gorgeous and lovingly maintained open concept, coastal decor, second floor, high ceilings, 3 bed/ 2 bath condo with screened back lanai overlooking lake and front balcony with lake views plus a one car garage! 2 kings and 1 queen plus sofa bed to sleep 8 comfortably. Monthly rent includes cable, wifi, curbside trash and recycling pickup and all community activities. Gated community with clubhouse, heated pools and spa, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce, basketball, organized activities and social events. Lots of walking trails and nature preserve which hosts lots of deer, other wildlife and a wide array of birds. Less than 5 miles to pristine beaches, great golfing nearby and easy access to all Naples and Marco have to offer! Walk to Dunkin Donuts, Seed and Table, Publix, Target, Walmart and other shopping close by. Easy 25 minute drive from Fort Myers Airport. Once you get to the fabulous condo you will have everything you need on hand to enjoy the area beaches, bike paths, nature and sights that make Naples the paradise it is!

Beautiful, spacious condo in a great location. My husband and i spent 40 days at this condo and we were delighted by the high end decor and comfortable beds. The owners provided a whole garage full of nice extras, that included beach chairs for 4, an umbrella, a nice LP grill, new bikes, tennis rackets, and coolers.Great walk-in closets, beautiful lanai and plenty of seating of all. We enjoyed the little sunny seating area by the kitchen for lunches overlooking the pool and lake.The subdivision has a beautiful shady tree lined boulevard and within walking distance to the very popular Seed to Table grocery store and restaurant with live music.There is a Pickleball group that meets (see the message board in the Lodge) twice a week at a nearby Sports Activity Park. We loved kayaking on the Calusa in nearby Bonita Springs and visited the mercado in Naples for high-end dining and upscale happy hours.All-in-all, we really enjoyed all Carlton Lakes has to offer and especially this condo. The owners were very helpful and responsive. the rooms are s[pacious and well appointed. The appliances are modern.
