About this house rental
This beautiful, spacious, south-facing villa is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the romantic Cocohatchee River, which flows directly into the Gulf of Mexico. One suite and two additional bedrooms each feature a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as a private exit to the pool deck. Another bedroom with a queen-size bed has a half-bath, which is accessible from the hallway. From the heated pool, you can enjoy views of the well-maintained garden. In addition to the seating area on the terrace, there’s a small outdoor kitchen with a grill for a true American barbecue. The garden, complete with a boat dock and a canoe, is a paradise for nature lovers. The luxurious amenities also include a piano, a canoe, Wi-Fi, and a 75-inch TV in the open-concept living and dining area, as well as two additional TVs in the bedrooms. The house features a spacious open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, large refrigerator, and more. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board. A large number of golf courses are just a few minutes’ drive away. Free, public tennis, squash, and paddleboard courts are located in nearby Veterans Park, which you or your children can reach quickly. Veterans Park also features a playground and other sports fields. The popular beach at Delnor-Wiggins Pass is conveniently accessible by car in less than 10 minutes. For this beautiful stretch of beach, we’ve provided a beach pass in the house that grants you free admission and free parking.

This house has everything you need and is close to everything. The hot tub and pool were perfect. Best place we have stayed at in all of our vrbo stays. I highly recommend this place. We will be renting this place again!

The property and particularly the pool area were great! Tons of room to spread out and very secluded from the neighbors.Location is ideally located with short drives to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

The first and second days were the worst that had happened in my life because the air conditioning did not work and the house was extremely hot until they sent a person to fix it on Sunday, but the air conditioner had problems with the compressor and more or less it They fixed it but it still didn't cool properly and that's how we spent the week. I really do not recommend this property; it is a pity that they do not maintain the house.
