Includes a bonus TV/reading room with sleeper sofa. Exquisite river table seats 10. A 65" TV on lanai. Home is located in the popular North Naples area which is conveniently located to beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping.

Nicole was an amazing host. She was very communicative and responsive. The house was fabulous- even nicer than the pictures. The house was very well appointed, with everything you could need in the kitchen and elsewhere. The patio and pool area were wonderful, the location was very convenient to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We look forward to staying there in the future.

We were in town for a family wedding. Everything about this home was perfect, just as pictures show. Pictures can’t show how comfortable it really is. There were 6 adults & 2 kids, and we had plenty of room. Patio was my personal favorite, comfortable couch & chairs, really nice for having g coffee or watching tv. Nicole was a great host, kept us up to date on 1 or 2 items, which truthfully didn’t interfere with our stay at all. Communication was extremely easy. Great location and I would say a MUST stay if you’re in the area. Thank you Nicole, look forward to coming back.

Enjoyed the stay. Close to lots of places. quiet neighborhood. Saltwater Pool was great. Large patio with grill. House nice and spacious. Bed was a bit hard. Would like to see a handle at pool. Host was quick with responding to questions and easy to deal with.
