Karbeethong Beach House is a 1960s beach shack retaining its original Aussie
character whilst offering stylishly renovated, spacious accommodation against a
backdrop of uninterrupted panoramic views of Mallacoota’s Bottom Lake and the
Howe Ranges to Gabo Island.
The fully air-conditioned home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
with large open plan living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen with
breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms, a full-width front deck, garden courtyard and a
fenced lawned garden perfect for kids and small dogs. The large block provides
abundant parking and hoses to flush and wash your boat/watercraft. A nearby
private jetty mooring can be arranged at the time of booking.
Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood just a short walk from Lakeside
walking, cycling, and running tracks, bush walking trails, foreshore picnic areas
and Karbeethong Jetty with a short drive to township and beaches.

Wow, what a view. Even though we stayed in the middle of winter the views are just amazing.Wake up to the sunrise over the lake and fall asleep with the moon shimmering over the water, all viewed from the master bedroom.The Yard is fully fenced and perfect for our dog to explore, as is the front deck.The deck has a bbq and lots of seating, the rear patio is covered with a chimenea and big table.Lots of wildlife all around! The front deck is teeming with birds and Kangaroos in the backyard most mornings.Only negatives:BBQ had no gas bottle attached and no compendium or guest book explaining house rules, bin days or local things to do and see.
