QUIET DESERT OASIS. Secluded, very private on three acres, fenced and gated, surrounded by mature desert trees and majestic saguaros. Private rooms in main house, with walk-in closet, double or king size bed, and beautiful bath. Front door parking, with private entrance. COME RELAX IN HOT TUB in gazebo that opens onto patio with butterfly and hummingbird garden. The VIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS SPECTACULAR. Spacious patios, fire pit, exceptional barbecue area and fountains. YOU WILL LOVE IT.

RELAX: The main house is surrounded by beautiful patios, butterfly and hummingbird garden, and fountain. The hot tub is fully enclosed in a gazebo that opens onto the patios. The rooms are upstairs; each bedroom has private balcony overlooking the patios and surrounding three acres of natural desert. To the east are the majestic Catalina Mountains and to the North the Totolita Mountains. There is no better view of the sunset from any other spot in the whole of Tucson or better place to barbecue than on the patio. The Ranchita feels like you are out in the wide open desert, but you are in town and just minutes from shopping and fine dining. COME ENJOY YOUR STAY.
GOLF AND HIKING: Tucson is known for its great weather, which accommodates every outdoor activity imaginable. FOR THE GOLFER: Golf on one of the many public or private golf courses, such as Arthur Pack Golf Courts, which is less than 10 minutes away. Tucson is home to the World Golf Accenture Match Play, which is held at Dove Mountain in February and is only 15 minutes away from the Ranchita. FOR THE HIKER: Tucson has an incredible county, state, and national parks hiking trail system, which can be reviewed on the web pages for Pima County, Arizona State Parks, and the National Parks.

We loved the desert experience at the ranchita. The setting was perfect with the saguaro cacti and palm trees. The property was well maintained and gorgeous. Our favorite time was sitting on one of the three patios, drinking wine and watching the Tucson sunsets. Having two large bathrooms with walk-in showers was perfect for us. Greer was a great hostess and very accommodating in every way.

This is a peaceful getaway. We had friends who rented the bunkhouse and we stayed in an upstairs room, with a balcony and access to a kitchen. Greer, the owner, was very accommodating and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.
