Marguerite & Julia are fantastic hosts and very responsive should there be any issues during your stay. They respect your privacy which is very important to me as I tend to stay long term. I was at the house approximately 2 months and found the house to be nicely decorated and well equipped and very clean on my arrival. The neighborhood is quiet and everything you might need is close by.
I would definitely stay at the house again when the need arises.
