Welcome aboard the StillWater, your exclusive retreat on the tranquil waters of Lake Chelan! Nestled within Sunset Marina, this stationary houseboat promises a unique and unforgettable getaway for you and your loved one. With unbeatable views and a host of amenities, your floating oasis awaits.
The houseboat remains moored at Sunset Marina; it is not available for guests to take out on the lake.
Two inflatable paddleboards are available! Life-vests, paddles and air pumps provided.

Inside, our cozy yet surprisingly spacious houseboat boasts a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals for two, while the inviting living area offers the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
Venture upstairs to the rooftop deck, where you can soak in the sunshine, catch the sunset, or marvel at the twinkling stars overhead. And with two inflatable paddleboards provided, you can explore the crystal-clear waters of Lake Chelan at your leisure.
As a guest of the StillWater, you'll have access to all of Sunset Marina's amenities, including a clubhouse with a game room, lounge space, shower suites, laundry and additional food prep areas. Gather around the outdoor fire pit for romantic evenings under the stars, or grill up a lakeside feast on the BBQ.
For those seeking adventure, boat and jet ski rentals are conveniently located nearby, while Lakeside Surf and SlideWaters water park offer thrills and excitement just across the street. And when you're ready to explore downtown Chelan, a short drive or leisurely stroll will lead you to a vibrant array of restaurants, shops, tasting rooms, and breweries.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
**This is a floating, overnight sleeping accommodation only. It is not available to cruise on the lake.
**May not be ideal for those highly prone to sea sickness.
**There is no swimming allowed in the marina, however kayaking and paddleboarding are OK.
**Guests must climb a ladder to access the rooftop deck.
**Stays longer than 4 nights may not be accepted, please inquire first.
**The houseboat has a certain size septic tank and guests are kindly asked to conserve wastewater. Pump outs during a stay are an added cost of $250.
**Due to this accommodation being on the water, guests should anticipate lake wildlife, such as ducks, geese, gnats, bees/wasps, etc.
RENTAL RULES:
- Max of 2 guests
- Parking for 1 vehicle only at Sunset Marina
- Quiet hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri & Sat)
- No pets allowed

Bringing a boat or trailer? Unfortunately, trailer parking is not allowed at Sunset Marina. Please reach out for recommendations where you can park, launch and moor a boat during your stay.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
Outside cameras: Sunset Marina has several security cameras on the property overlooking the club house and marina. There are no cameras on/in the houseboat.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

My daughter and I had a get away and stayed in this houseboat. It was so fun to stay somewhere different than the usual hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing on the water. It is gated in so we felt very safe. The boathouse was clean, had everything you might need, the bed was comfortable and at night, sitting on the upper deck with the lights was magical.

Rarely does a place exceed my expectations, but this houseboat was better than expected. Waking up ON the lake, drinking your coffee in the morning from the sundeck, drinking your wine during the sunset was so relaxing. When you wake up you don't feel like you have to go anywhere. You're already watching the surfers, jet skiers from a private marina and you can just relax. You're right across the street from the waterslides, you can walk to the adjacent property and rent jet skies or just soak up the sun on your houseboat. The hosts really did think of everything you may need for your vacation. Would absolutely love to come back again.
