Welcome to Chinook
Chinook is a 3-story home with 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and 3 bathrooms. This is an ideal home for hosting a large family or group of friends, with comfortable sleeping arrangements and dining areas for 10 to 12 people. Enjoy breakfast in the kitchen nook, group dinners at the large dining table, or outdoor dining with a BBQ grill, patio, and wrap-around porch.
You’ll find the kitchen stocked with all the tools, appliances, and dishes you need to prepare and enjoy a simple or elaborate meal, depending on your mood. Ample seating for all in the Great Room on the first floor makes for a perfect gathering place in the evenings for entertaining or watching movies on the TV.
The third floor has both a sleeping area with four twin beds as well as a separate game/media room with a sofa, chairs, TV, Blu-Ray player, and lots of books, movies, and board games for the whole family to enjoy. WiFi access is available throughout the house.
The carriage house has a queen bed, 3/4 bathroom, a table, two chairs, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast bar with sink, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, and silverware. A ping-pong table can be set up in the garage area.
At Chinook, you can step outside immediately onto the adjacent mini-park with lawn and swing set, cross the street to the bocce ball park, or continue across Jackrabbit Lane to Lookout Park where you can enjoy the outdoor pool, spa, clubhouse, pickle ball court, and large open playfield.
The event park and vineyard pool are a short walk away. All this plus beach-front access to Lake Chelan makes this the perfect vacation getaway during any season of the year.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and cozy! Everything you need is there. We love the daily activities the Lookout puts on plus all the shuttles they provide. Our dog feels right at home in this house too! This was our second time renting the same home and we hope to do it again next summer!

Overall super happy with the house. We had six kids 10 and under in our group and they loved the upstairs loft that was loaded with kids toys, games, and books. The house was clean and well laid out and in an awesome location next to a garden and just one street off the pool house and pickleball court. Our only two minor complaints were that the fire pit on the porch is too small to be functional. We tried to cozy up to it in the evenings, but I’m not kidding when I say it’s the size of a small side table and the flame it puts out is not big enough to provide any actual heat. We were slightly jealous of the other fire pits we saw on most other properties. The second small complaint was that the internet speed is too slow to be functional. We tried streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime for the kids and literally every time the show would buffer, pixelate, and then pause. This also happened regularly when surfing the news on my phone. We didn’t go to Chelan to spend our time in front of screens so this wasn’t a huge headache, just know the internet speed won’t cut it for most normal use. But again, we would absolutely stay here again since the location, layout, and kids stuff was beyond expectations. Lovely home at a fair price.
