The location of the property was one of the highlights. Very walkable to yoga studios and restaurants. We enjoyed the extra space upstairs for the kids.We did have to wait until the day of to get check in instructions. This was tricky because we had to communicate to the other family to get them to upload images of themselves in order to get the code. Internet was not great when landing in Cancun which posed another stress. My preference would be to have this done several days in advance and have the check-in info complete prior to being in an airplane. After check-in, the owner was quick to respond with questions and requests.
