Hi! Thanks for your interest in our space. This is an awesome studio apartment for 1-2 people who want something affordable and walkable to many restaurants/bars, and the waterfront. Please read the full description for a better understanding of the space and a few things to keep in mind before booking.
This is a ground floor studio apartment, 2 blocks away from central Little Italy with a kitchenette (no full kitchen) - very similar to a hotel room. Please note that the unit is on the ground floor, there is no designated parking space, and the door opens to the sidewalk, so you will hear normal city noise of passerby’s, cars, plus occasional footsteps from upstairs. If you’re looking for something affordable, walkable to Little Italy, Waterfront Park, Convention Center, with comfortable basic amenities, this is an excellent studio apartment! If you’re someone who would be more comfortable in a hotel, won’t sleep well with city noise, or is uncomfortable being so close to the street, this may not be the place for you.
Just a quick stroll to the famous Little Italy, or popular attractions like Waterfront Park and Embarcadero. Convenience store and coffee around the corner. Very close to the airport, Convention Center, Gaslamp, Hillcrest, Balboa Park, Coronado, Petco Park.
Amenities: Keypad entry, 24 hr check-in, A/C, Refrigerator, Coffee station, Apple TV, comfortable King mattress, brand new linens & pillows from West Elm.

Walkable to everything downtown which was very nice. Parking wasn’t as bad as expected! It is right along the street so there are lots of dogs and it has a smell of me right along the door

While the location was great, I would not return as the amount of care given to this studio was bare basic. 2 towels total for 2 guests staying 5 nights, no light fixtures in bathroom but bare bulbs. Privacy film was peeling off the windows in the bathroom and the shower rod was rusted. No spoon to stir coffee, no creamer or sugar. The street noise was not a problem for us. We paid for parking rather than deal with the hassle of finding a spot. The tv was difficult to figure out as no direction was given in the book rules. There were 2 plants and they were both bone dry, and the hanging plant was dying. I watered both plants.
