The studio is under the direct flight path. You will hear plane noises from about 6 am to 11 pm. Again, not ideal for the traveler who plans to hang out at the apartment all day long.
Guests will have a private studio for themselves. Wifi is available. Also, there is street parking available around the house.
This detached studio is clean, cozy, and private. Perfect for the travelers who are looking to explore all San Diego offers by day and crash in a safe, convenient spot at night.
Location Location Location! The apartment is 2 miles from San Diego Airport Convention Center, 1.4 miles from Galmap Quarter, 0.9 miles from Little Italy 0.6 miles from Balboa Park, 1 mile away from San Diego Zoo. In walking distance, there are many restaurants, bars, and. night clubs. A quick uber or bird to downtown, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World.
There are 2 main entrance gates in a historical house. We have designed 3 apartments in the A entrance. each studio has its own bathroom. Each apartment has its own door and digital locks. The House has a patio/garden for all our guests. 100% privacy.
This studio allows a maximum of 4 guests.
However, the price is for one person only! If you will stay more than one person, please make sure your reservation same for your total stay people!

I had a great stay. The host was responsive and communicative, and the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The amenities were well thought out and made the stay easy and enjoyable. One thing to note is that planes do fly over the property between approximately 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, so guests who plan to stay in during those hours may want to keep that in mind. This did not bother us at all, as we were out exploring the city from morning until late evening, and by the time we returned, there were no more planes flying overhead. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would stay here again.

airplanes go overhead but we still were able to sleep. Close to a good cafe-Hobnob cafe. clean, easy to control heat. shower temp hot. could have used a few more washcloths but it was ok for a short stay. Liked the security of the place.
