About this apartment rental

The XERACSOL III-IV complex is a tall seven-storey construction, located on the very first line above the dunes, situated at the Southern end of Xeraco beach on Les Marines street No. 7. In the vicinity, you will find all types of services, as well as tranquillity, little traffic and guaranteed rest.

Apartment on the third floor with lift. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), independent kitchen and spacious living-dining room with access to a large terrace with awnings, North-facing (cool) with views of the sea, the swimming pool and the common areas of the complex. Includes parking space

It is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table.

NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).

PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (7€/night).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to face possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
