About this apartment rental
The residential DELTAMAR is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct beach access, low-rise construction in Ibizan style without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. It offers optional underground parking spaces.
Available apartment on the 1st floor with an east-facing terrace with sea views and views of the pool and common areas. It has a kitchen with an American bar, a gallery-laundry room, a living-dining room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

PETS ALLOWED upon request maximum 10 kilos (7€/night)
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco city council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

El apartamento está en primera línea de playa y con vistas a una preciosa piscina. Está viejecito pero con todo lo necesario y es un primer piso sin ascensor.
Todo estaba muy limpio,cosa q se agredece mucho.
El agua de la ducha sale con mucha presión, y el agua caliente perfecta.
Para mejorar la estancia, faltan mosquiteras para poder dormir con más tranquilidad.
Aire acondicionado o ventiladores, que aunq es primera línea de playa y hace bastante fresquito si q ha habido algún rato que ha hecho falta.
La cama de matrimonio está para cambiar, algunas lamas están rotas con lo que el colchón no está muy firme.
