The house is located on Spain’s last unspoiled beach. It’s not very crowded, so you can really unwind there. However, if you’d like to enjoy the amenities of a public beach, you’ll find them just a short distance away in Xeraco, where the beach is supervised and
. You can visit the approximately 5 beach bars there.

The house has been renovated both inside and out. There are 3 small bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the sea, and a living-dining area. One bathroom with a shower. A small balcony off the living-bedroom area with a view of the sea.

Another bathroom with a shower is located in the spacious garage.

The outdoor area invites you to linger. The seating is high-quality and ample.

You’ll also find an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare your paella.

From the outdoor area, you have direct access to the dunes and the beach.

The towns of Tavernes and Xeraco are in the immediate vicinity.
