About this house rental
This beautiful Conch style home was completed in 2019. The house is a 2000 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath home, each of it's 3 bedrooms has a king bed. There is private parking out front for vehicles and a 50' dock out back. The yard boasts a luxury pool with tanning ledge and hot tub as well as an outdoor kitchen. Also included is a 500lbs commercial ice machine. The location is ideal for boating allowing quick access to both the ocean and bay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful, SUPER CLEAN, comfortable home! We docked our 25’ boat and enjoyed many days of fishing, snorkeling and rafting. Loved having the ice machine out back- what a convenience! Easy access from the canal to watch spectacular sunsets on the boat! Also fast access to the ocean side via tavernier creek. Loved the pool/hot tub and huge bbq for grilling. Beds are huge and comfy. Jarrett is an amazing host and was always available for any questions we had. Everything was great and we look forward to coming back!

We had a very relaxing and awesome time. House is exactly as pictured and very clean. Pool is nice and warm and really nice to swim in. The house is right on a canal which we saw so many manatees and some dolphins and even a crocodile swimming at night. Really close to marina to go out on boat trips. Highly recommend.

Very nice property exactly as presented. On the canal side we seen manatee's, nurse sharks, tarpon, couple parrot fish, an angle fish and more. We kayaked to “toilet seat cut” that’s less than a mile away, in the bay accessible from the house. Nice king size beds and the upstairs master area is awesome. Great experience!
