Fisherman's paradise! 70 feet of Canalfront with immediate access to ocean or bay and 15k pound boat lift. MINIMUM 28 NIGHT STAY
Hop on your boat, kayak or paddle board and a quick trip down the canal delivers you to the Tavernier Creek channel. Hang a right and you’re in the ocean with the reef just minutes away. Hang a left and take in the sights of the meandering creek through the mangroves as you emerge into the Florida Bay. This home is on the 2nd canal in from the ocean putting you as close as you can get to the world renowned fishing and diving the Florida Keys are famous for! If you don’t have your own boat, kayak or paddleboard no worries! There is a kayak and paddleboard rental literally a stones throw away as well as snorkel excursions and jet ski rentals.
Walk, bike or boat to bars or restaurants within 1 mile. There’s a Bait & Tackle store selling live bait a couple canals over.
The first floor provides a convenient hangout with wall mounted flat screen tv, sofa, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette that opens to the French travertine tile pool deck. Main living quarters upstairs with a huge screened in porch and plenty of seating for everyone. Brand new air conditioning on each level and brand new tankless water heater on the second floor.
Amenities include: Chest Freezer, 300lb Per Day Ice Machine, Fish Cleaning Station, Heated Salt Water Pool and Hot Tub, Tiki Bar with large screen smart tv and LG soundbar, Pool Table with Ping Pong conversion top, Gas Grill, Storage Shed for fishing gear etc.

We stayed for a month and absolutely loved every bit of the experience. We enjoyed relaxing, diving, fishing, and exploring. The accommodations and location couldn't be any better! We were easily able to access the Gulf, Atlantic, fuel, and our favorite dive shop without ever stepping foot in a car! It was the perfect house for us! Plenty of places close by to get great food and even groceries. Spent windy days enjoying the pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut. Everything worked as advertised in the house and ran into zero issues. We will definitely stay there again.

We will definitely stay here again. Jake was so accommodating and the property is equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 3 months and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Jake for sharing your amazing home!

This place was fabulous! It literally has it all if you want to experience the Keys like they are supposed to be experienced - pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, outdoor tiki bar, pool table, ice machine, freezer, dockage for your boat (or boat rental), tackle store down the street and all in a safe neighborhood! Restaurants and a grocery store close by - you will not lack for anything! Coming back for sure!
