About this villa rental
Villa Anassa is situated within the gated complex of Amorosa Villas and is set in the spectacular coastal location of Neo Chorio/Latchi, one of Cyprus's most desirable areas. This three-bedroom detached property is a spacious family-friendly beachside Villa, fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard.
Guests have direct access to the beach through a specially designated private walkway surrounded by landscaped gardens.
Locals regard Yiannakis/Anassa Beach as one of the best beaches in Cyprus and the ideal setting for a relaxing beach holiday in Paphos. This private property to rent also benefits from an onsite 24/7 concierge, security and the use of a shared tennis court.
This Beachside Villa with a private pool has spectacular views of the Baths of Aphrodite and is on the edge of a conservation area, namely the Akamas National Park. Take a quad bike or beach buggies to the white sands of Turtle Beach, take a cruise or hire a boat from Latchi Harbour and head to the Blue Lagoon, with its crystal clear waters, a fabulous place for swimming and snorkelling.
Visit local shops in Latchi and wander around Latchi harbour and Marina where the old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants and cafes, or venture further with a whistle-stop at the greek bakery on the way to Polis Cyprus.

Villa Anassa is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. The property has three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.
The main bedroom is on the First floor and has a King size bed and a large walk-in shower en suite. The patio doors in this room lead to a balcony that has fabulous panoramic views of the Sea and Baths of Aphrodite. A perfect place to sit reading and watch the sun go down.
The 2nd bedroom is close to the main bedroom and has large twin beds ( can be made into double bed ) with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.
Both rooms have drawers, cupboards and extensive wardrobe space.
A white marble staircase descends to a Spacious Open Plan Living Area with comfortable furnishings, two sofas, an armchair and a dining space with a large oak table and six chairs. T
The villa has all modern conveniences, including free & fast WIFI, flatscreen TV with an IPTV service offering over 1000 multi-language major TV and VOD channels, showing a selection of News, Sports, Music, Movies. Moreover,
Apple TV is also available to stream your movies and music. A Bose CD and DVD player are also available for those wishing to play these formats.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, and fridge freezer. The kitchen door leads directly to a stone barbecue area with barbecue equipment.
Patio doors surround the villa and lead to terraces, which cater for sitting and dining outdoors, overlooking the Private Pool.
The pool area has an outdoor shower, sun loungers, & large umbrellas for some afternoon shade.
A car is unnecessary as the villa is so close to the beach and Nissos, the local Taxi company transfers to and from the airport and local trips to the Supermarket and restaurants.
A bus stops at the end of the street and regular services into the centre of Latchi.

Having the beach so close by and the pool as well is a real treat. We enjoyed a brandy sour or two on the beach, watching the sun go down almost every evening. The villa is a lovely property and the outside space was great too.

Nice location to explore Akamas and beaches. The house has everything you need, well equipped, wonderful places to sit outside, our son loved the pool. Pete and his wife were very helpful - communication with Janet perfect before our stay. We can recommend this place!

Villa Anassa is well presented and a comfortable place to stay.
Quiet well kept neighborhood with access to the beach at the end of the road (2 minute walk). Beach is shingle but the sea is clear and nice to swim in as the cove is quite sheltered.
Villa is well equipped if you want to cook/bbq but also a 5 minute drive takes you into Latchi or 10 minutes in Polis where you will find restaurants/bars . All the locals that we met were very friendly.
Pete (villa management) is on hand should you need anything. Thank you for meeting us & giving useful info/tips on the surrounding area.
Pool area is great for just sitting & relaxing throughout the day should you wish not to go out sightseeing. Balcony off of the master bedroom is a great place early evening or first thing in the morning to have a drink and look out to sea.
Although you can call a taxi or take a bus into Latchi/Polis, we felt that ideally a car is much easier.
Great communication from Janet (owner) and made everything easy.

This Villa is set in a beautiful, quiet location. Janet the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The Villa is kept to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. For those who like to BBQ this Villa has the ideal set up. With brilliant BBQ, equipment & outside sink. The pool is fantastic & lovely & clean. Any information required is on hand & Janet was only an e mail away for any questions. We will definitely look at revisiting next year.
