INTERIOR SPACE
The home is artistically decorated and designed to ensure privacy, making it an ideal getaway for your group. The open floor plan features a living room, kitchen and dining area, providing an amazing experience for everyone. The living room boasts a 75-inch Smart TV with ample seating to enjoy your favorite shows and sports. Relax with a book next to the cozy living room fireplace for cooler nights. The dining room has a dining table that can comfortably seat six adults, with ample space to move around. The kitchen is well-stocked with all your meal prep needs, new appliances, and a kitchen island for morning coffee, which is a wonderful addition. Large windows and two large French doors provide ample natural light to the living room. The casita features a work desk, seating for four, a built-in bar, and a 65-inch Smart TV. A bed is also provided for overnight guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The private yard provides ample space to relax in privacy. The outdoor dining table has ample shade and seats 6 comfortably off the living room. The covered patio is located on the north side of the property. The BBQ The island is perfect for grilling and entertaining, as it features a six-burner barbecue. The pool is situated on the southeast side of the property, surrounded by beautiful desert plants, and provides close-up views of the mountains. You can relax and catch some sunrays on the comfortable chaise lounges, while enjoying the breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom is located off the living room hallway and comes with a king-size bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and an attached bathroom that features a walk-in closet. The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and ample lighting. The guest bedroom, also off the living room, has a king-size bed, a closet, a 55-inch Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Additionally, the second guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, a closet, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. This room shares a hallway bathroom that has a tub-shower combo.

The minimum age for this property is 25. There is no smoking, and there are no parties. Pool Heat is not included. For the Cancellation Policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

House was exactly as advertised. Host was responsive and always friendly. We encountered few problems while staying for two months and if we did, they were handled immediately. It was precisely the type of house and host we want for a long term rental. Comfortable, cozy and cool. Could not be happier. Will stay again next year.

My husband and I rented this beautiful and quite eclectic home for a month and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The home is truly comfortable... from the chairs and couch to the beds. The kitchen is well stocked (with the exception of tiny, tiny coffee cups :-)) and our dog loved the fenced yard. The casita is so cute and at night the outdoor space is so pretty. We would love to rent this home again and may... The home is perfectly located between Rancho Mirage and La Quinta and the best shops in Palm Springs along with restaurants galore are about 6 blocks from the home on El Paseo. The hot tub is very nice, lawn furniture/umbrellas nice and a great carport to keep your car out of the sun... very lovely home.

Just stayed at this luxury custom ranch which has beautiful yard with multiple patios, beautiful grill area built in, pool, hot tub, custom kitchen loaded with amenities plus island, 2 master suites, one recently completely remodeled with tile huge walk in all tiled shower with two shower heads, double sinks, walk in closet, spacious living rooms, very clean. Casita is back with refrig and king bed very private. All fenced, amazing views to top it off! Owner quick to respond with any issues. Would come again for sure. I highly recommend this property!
