This home enters from a private gated courtyard featuring a beautiful center planter that connects the main house with a two-bedroom casita that includes its own private entrances. Upon entering the main house you will love the natural light that flows throughout with views of the pool and vistas beyond from every window. The living room features vaulted ceilings and a stunning stacked stone fireplace. Ample seating for 6-8 to enjoy a favorite show or movie on the 65in. SmartTV. The large and spacious kitchen features a custom granite breakfast table, and stainless steel appliances, including a Sub Zero fridge, Two ovens and a trash compactor, new countertops, and cabinets. Plenty of room to whip up a meal with your loved ones. The dining room has a corner bar, a table that seats 8 comfortably, converts to seat 10, and is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The main house features an artistic half bath, a bedroom that opens onto the pool, and the main bedroom and bathroom. The home features a full-size laundry room in the main house and a two-car garage.

Main house Bedroom #1 Features a king bed, sleeper sofa, ceiling fans, 45in. SmartTV, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features dual sinks, a main walk-in closet, and a large shower for two. Main house Bedroom #2 has French doors that open onto the pool and features a queen bed, mirrored wardrobe, 42in. SmartTV and office desk area. Casita Bedroom #1 is located across the courtyard and has a private entry. This bedroom features a queen bed, sofa sleeper, and ceiling fan, 50in. SmartTV and access to a private back patio for those who like to enjoy quiet time. The Jack and Jill bathroom features a shower and single sink. Casita Bedroom #2, features its own entry, queen king bed, ceiling fan, 50in. SmartTV, and en-suite bathroom. The Jack and Jill bathroom can be accessed from either of the two rooms or dedicated to just one bedroom.
EXTERIOR
The large, elevated yard provides panoramic views and delivers privacy for the guests. Backyard features a beautiful pool and elevated spa, mountain views, and is surrounded by desert trees and blooms. The outdoor dining table features dining for six and has ample lighting and a ceiling fan under the patio cover. Relax in one of the 6 chaise lounges and catch some sun during the day. Enjoy a late afternoon cocktail while watching the sunset over the mountains. Practice putting on the 3-hole putting green, and play corn hole or 4 in a row under the casita’s covered patio. Then cozy up around the fire table in the plush outdoor seating area for an evening under the Desert stars. Property features a BBQ and a 4-6 person umbrella table close by to enjoy grilling and socializing. Located on the side of the home is the outdoor shower, and citrus grove consisting of lemon, lime, and orange trees for guests to enjoy.

POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

Beautiful property. Great layout for multiple guests with a 2 Bdrm 2 Bathroom standalone casita in addition to the main house. Superb yard deck and pool offered endless enjoyment during our month long stay in a hot May. Offered multiple Shade and sun options. Very well equipped home, really clean, everything worked well and operating instructions were very clear.Check-in and checkout were seamless. Pool and yard maintenance staff were prompt and very nice. The location was perfect. Quiet enough with easy access to shopping, multiple grocery stores, golf, hill hiking, walking, parks, events and the Living Desert. We definitely hope to return.

We have been coming to PalmDesert for a number of years. Seldom have we been disappointed. We enjoyed our well equipped home and especially enjoyed the location, pool and well equipped kitchen snd baths
And, Ashley and her team who are the best. All were helpful, kind and we appreciated them so much.
If I could find any issue I would sight the old tile floor in the kitchen,
hallway and living room. It might benefit from a stripping and cleaning.
We have a similar floor back home and it requires a lot of care. However, the floor was not a problem in any way.
Please convey to the owners and the company we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the wonderful team who took care of us. Thank you for all the little things you have thought of including two kinds of coffee makers,
black face cloths ,and a well taken care of home to enjoy. Perfect for visitors who have their own spaces.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this great VRBO property, and I can't say enough great things about it! From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a home away from home. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into creating a space that was both welcoming and luxurious.The house itself was beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern amenities and cozy charm. The living area was spacious and well-lit, featuring comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-end appliances, making it easy to cook and entertain. There was even a charming breakfast nook that was perfect for morning coffee.One of the standout features of the property was the outdoor space. The backyard had a large patio with a firepit, comfortable seating, and pool with Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. We paid extra for pool heating, it was worth it. The location was perfect as well. It was just a short drive to local attractions, restaurants, and hiking spots, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded.The communication with the manager was top-notch — they were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.All in all, this VRBO property exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful property that includes ALL the amenities! The fully stocked kitchen made cooking for my family easy. The pool and large shaded patio was perfect for swimming in the evenings. Every room had large comfortable beds and large TVs. You can tell this house is loved and well-cared for. Also, the management was superior to any we have dealt with in the past. Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
