2026 Beach Update: Beach access directly in front of Seascape is closed. Guests must use neighboring beach access. The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

Amazing beach view! Loved watching the sunrise each morning. This condo is exactly as listed. Extremely clean and very comfortable. It's located on a quiet part of Wild Duned which was fine with us. There is beach erosion, so we could walk out to beach from condo. Luckily there are other access points which made beach going easy to get to.
