Seascape 315 - Oceanfront Condo Overlooking Pool!

The beach was not accessible because of remediation efforts to control erosion. This should have been better communicated. We used the public beach access so alls well that ends well.

Excellent location and condo. Just as described. A suggestion would be for the owner or management company to spring for a beach towel or two, and a beach chair or two. It’s a PITA to fly in and have to buy things you won’t take back on the plane. I donated the ones I bought to a kid at the rental car co.

My family had a great time. The property is updated, clean, well-stocked and beautiful. The location to the beach and pool was the best part!

Property is under construction which we were not told until the day before we left. Was told the workers did not start until 9 but they started at 7 every morning. Had a difficult time using the TVs and there were no instructions. We never did get the TV in the guest room to work. The dryer needs updated. We messaged the manager and he sent someone to work on it but it still took more than an hour to dry a load of clothes. The view of the ocean was great. The kitchen appliances were all new. Beds we’re comfortable.
