App. Nehlsen 61 W Location: The apartment house is on the pedestrian zone Wilhelmstrasse, which merges into Friedrichstrasse. It is about 500 m to the beach. From the apartment, which is in the 6th Floor, you can look out over the city towards the sea. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 22 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room / bedroom, the sofa serves as a sofa bed (approx. 1.50 m wide). An armchair, the dining area and other furniture complete the furnishings. The bathroom has a shower. In the small kitchenette there is the possibility to prepare breakfast and a smaller meal. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is on the parking deck on the property, which is only accessible to residents of the house. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
