Abwicklung und Service waren super. Der Flur ist eine Katastrophe. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden (vermeintlich vergessene Putzutensilien und Leiter standen mitten auf dem Balkon). Auch der Fliesenboden in der Wohnung wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt. Ein Hinweis zu den Mülltonnen wäre gut, dann spart man sich das ewige Suchen und Fragen der anderen Hausbewohner.
