Important Notice Regarding the Construction Site
Starting in 2027, there will be a construction site near the vacation rental. As a result, there may be occasional noise, vibrations, and other construction-related disturbances during the construction work.
We appreciate your understanding and would like to bring this to your attention before you make your reservation.
Location:
The apartment building is located on the Wilhelmstraße pedestrian zone, which merges into Friedrichstraße. The beach is approximately 500 m away. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a view to the west.
Size:
1-room apartment, approx. 23 m², for 2 people.
Amenities:
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining area with 2 chairs, and a beautiful box-spring bed. Next to the large mirror attached to the built-in closet is the small kitchenette. The modern bathroom is equipped with an LED bathroom mirror. Free Wi-Fi.
A parking space is located on the building’s parking deck, which is accessible only to residents of the building.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
