This 5-star underside villa, built in 2023, is in a quiet area close to the city center of the city of Giono.

- its fully equipped kitchen area (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...)
- its spacious bedroom with its comfortable 180 memory foam mattress for nights full of sweet dreams. It also has a large closet and an office area for teleworking
- its large bathroom adjoining the bedroom with its double sink and its large Italian shower
- to complete all this you have a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
On the other 48 m² to relax:
- the swimming pool heated all year round to 30°c
- the REAL 2-seater jacuzzi with more than 60 jets at 38°c
- the 2-seater sauna
