About this villa rental
It is with pleasure that we will rent you our beautiful villa of 130 m2 with terrace, garden, swimming pool, ping-pong table and gas barbecue.
Ideally located in the heart of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, between sea and mountains, near beautiful turquoise water lakes, a stone's throw from the Luberon. Quiet area in the heart of a pine forest offering many hiking trails.
Ideal villa for a stay with family or friends! ☀️ Our villa is composed as follows:
- a large living/dining room with television and sofa bed;
- a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace;
- a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and double sinks;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot;
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bedroom with two raised single beds for children/teenagers;
- a mezzanine bedroom open to the living room with a double bed;
- a terrace with a garden seating area;
- a large garden with a barbecue area (gas) and table tennis;
- an 8m x 4m swimming pool equipped with an alarm. ☀️ The house is not equipped with air conditioning but it is well insulated. In case of high heat, keeping the shutters closed during the day allows you to keep a very pleasant temperature inside ☀️
☀️ Three column fans will be at your disposal ☀️
☀️ Several windows are equipped with mosquito nets so that they can be left open at night and let in the coolness ☀️
☀️ We provide bed linen but not towels ☀️
☀️ We do not add cleaning fees so we will ask you to leave the house clean (especially the kitchen, bathroom and toilet) ☀️
☀️ Our area offers a multitude of activities for children and adults, we will leave leaflets at your disposal and we will be happy ☀️ to advise you
☀️ Our villa is located less than 10 minutes from the town centre of Manosque and 5 minutes from the pretty village of Pierrevert. Quiet and unspoilt area, no noise from the city ☀️ ☀️ Languages spoken: French and English ☀️
