Fully renovated 1953 mid-century home in Tahquitz River Estates featuring a separate private casita, pool + spa, and stunning mountain views. Ideal for families or groups, with flexible sleeping, indoor-outdoor living, and a prime location just 5 minutes from downtown and the airport.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is within 1.5 miles to the center of downtown.
Guests will have access to the entire house and separate casita. Please NOTE: This is not just another vacation rental, this is the owner's home away from home. Please treat it as your own home.

House was great for our family of 5. Kitchen new and well stocked. Pool and hot tub and outdoor space was perfect. Casita offered comfort and privacy when we needed to work. Interior of house was comfortable snd well appointed. Easy walk to town and restaurants. This was a great place for us- just sad to leave.

This house has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things we needed for the weekend. The property was very spacious and well spread out. The back house is perfect for separation of guest. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The property is closely located to Downtown Palm Springs with many places and amenities near by. Mike was great, he kept in contact with us for any questions or issues we had. My family had a blast.

I hesitate to tell everyone how great this place is because it will fill up! But oh well! It's fantastic. Location, beds, pool - so easy to walk downtown. The real mid-century vibe throughout. Can't wait to go back!

A tranquil and invigorating oasis for rainy Oregonians. The backyard is so lush, private and welcoming - we almost never left! Spotless and flowing home, very cool, perfect for families - including our 7 month old grandson. Our local host was very responsive and helpful. We will return with pleasure!
