The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located newly remodeled mid-century classic. With 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite) and 4 baths, this spacious salt water pool/spa/fire-pit home on large lot offers green lawn and beautiful mountain views, close proximity to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and all the amenities you would expect from a modern home. Located in the ever popular Tahquitz River Neighborhood of south Palm Springs, walkable and bike-able to nearly everything!
Cameras are located on the property. Doorbell camera at front door, and gate cameras on each side of the property. No cameras are pointed at any private areas of the property.
The pool is a salt water pool.
The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.
This is a no pets/no smoking rental.
Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:
~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (10 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 4 cars can be parked at the house
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)

Wow. This house is an absolute gem. Every single detail is attended to. It is just as impressive as in the photos. The neighborhood is so lovely, and the views of the mountains from the backyard are stunning. It's clear the owners entertain and must be famous for it. Not only is the design of the home very special, it is outfitted with wonderful and ubiquitous gathering areas inside and out, a coffee bar, a drinks bar, candles to light, 3 fireplaces inside and out, and every kitchen item you could need. I hope to be back!

We had two families stay together at this home. It worked great as two bedrooms are on one side and three on the opposite side. The backyard was by far the highlight of our stay. The pool, fire features and the view. Outstanding. The house was very clean, nicely updated and in a great quiet neighborhood.

Our group was two grandparents, two parents, and four grandkids. We all agreed this was hands down the best rental we’ve ever had. The pool area and back yard surpassed even the web photos. Large pool, nice hot tub. Two spacious sitting/eating areas. The house was well furnished, aesthetically pleasing. Kitchen was well stocked, easy to use. Bedrooms roomy. Everything clean. Terry was available and pleasant to work with. Quiet , central location. We hope we can return
