Quiet and Comfortable with 2 king beds,1 bath. Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is within 5 minutes. In North Naples we have two beautiful beaches, Mercato shopping district, great restaurants, and water sports all nearby.
Kitchen has new oven, new refrigerator, a microwave oven, toaster, and blender. Gas BBQ is on the patio, washer/dryer on the carport, and we provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your trips to the nearby beaches. Park your car under a covered carport, the driveway will accommodate up to three more cars.
The owner offers discounted boat charters for 2 people per trip; if you are interested in fishing, shelling, and sightseeing.

Súper clean and efficient home. Everything we needed was there and the location is perfect for a wonderful visit to Naples. David is a great host who made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back again!

We recently stayed at Dave's home for 3 weeks. He was an excellent host that offered friendly and quick communication. We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes but this was the first time we have actually met the host. He offered and we accepted what he referred to as the 50 cent tour which came in handy as all TV systems are a little bit different to work with. The home had everything we needed and more to make us feel welcome and enjoy our vacation. Dave was very generous with offering his parking pass for Collier county parking lots which was very useful and saved us money when visiting local parks. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding and linens. We were also very lucky to have a nice new propane Bbq to use. A lot of homes we go to don't have one at all or they are pretty tired. The neighborhood is safe and we were able to ride our bikes to the beach within 10 minutes. We have booked time there again next year. Thanks Dave for sharing your home.
