The Lake House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's centrally located in the heart of Broward County. We are literally minutes from everything. While visiting the Greater Fort Lauderdale area you'll experience 23 miles of promenade-lined beachfronts and explore a destination that boasts an impressive art scene, world-class restaurants, craft breweries, nightlife, shopping, casinos, and the Everglades on its doorstep. Cruise along the “Venice of America,” explore shipwreck dive sites in the “Wreck Capital of Florida,” and get lost in botanical gardens with lush tropical plants and native wildlife.

The space
Welcome to our Lakefront home. This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is nestled in the heart of Broward County, a mere hop skip and a jump from the airport, beaches, conference center, cruise port, The HardRock, HardRock Stadium, Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 5 -15 minute drive or the Uber system is amazing!

The house has an open plan living room/kitchen/Dinning room plan leading out onto an oversized screened patio that has a view to die for. The kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking supplies, Keurig coffee machine, toaster fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave.

In the bedrooms you'll find two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with two twin beds.

A Pack n Play crib and highchair are available upon request.

In the living room you will find a 43” tv, sofa sectional.
This Lake House suits everyone from those in town on business, those departing or returning from a cruise, and families enjoying the city. We are not a party house and can not cater events or large parties and we please ask you respect the lovely neighbors and keep noise reasonable to respect the City’s mandated quiet period between 10pm and 7am. We are a licensed short-term vacation rental business with the State of Florida.

Please please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and we do not provide service between 10 pm - 6 am. Also Parking is limited to two cars


Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 7. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

We recommend that you have car or use Uber.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.
