This family friendly 3 bedroom home is centrally snuggled in a cul-de-sac lot, in small tight community neighborhood, with only 3 entrances. Easy access to freeways, all of the MLB Spring Training Stadiums, Arizona Mills Mall, Down Town Tempe & Phoenix, public transport, airport, walking/biking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and the east and west valleys. It is the perfect location to get anywhere. This home has fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen which boasts granite counter-tops, tile, laminate wood flooring, pool and hot tub which make it a great place to relax and unwind. It has great cooking options with stainless steel appliances and an instant natural gas BBQ, Extra deep tub, Great Dining Room, reclining couch, Roku TVs with over 1500+ channels. It truly is a home away from home!

You will find three large bedrooms with three large beds. Hypoallergenic Natural latex mattresses with hypoallergenic down free alternative bedding. The home has a large living room with a 60” Smart TV and a dining room with a large table and seats for up to 8. The Kitchen if fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances, Kurige Coffee machine and everything you will need to make a nice meal. Both Bathroom have been recently remodeled with new tile, sinks, fixtures and amenities. The dining room has French doors that open out to backyard with a covered patio, gas grill, pool and a large deck. Both the front and backyards are trimmed with palm trees and native plants with a drought resistant desert landscape.

Pets: An extra $75 per pet fee will be applied to your bill if you bring a pet with you. This only covers the fee for the extra cleaning it takes to clean the pet dander and hair off of the furniture. The bedrooms and the front room have laminate wood floors which absorb liquids. They are very expensive to replace especially if it swells or there is an embedded animal odor. You will be responsible for any damages your pet causes.
Hot Tub Fee: $100 per stay to drain and clean the hot tub after every use.
Pool Gas Heat: $150 per heating period of 24 hours. The pool can be heated from ~60F to ~80F in 24 hours. This is done using the hot tub gas heater. A technican will come out to heat the pool. The pool stays warm enough to swim in the winter for 3-7 days depending on the temperature, the heat generated by the solar heater and if the pool cover is when it is not in use. If the pool is too cold to swim in, we can heat it up for you.

We loved the pool but the hot tub wasn’t used since they came to clean it while we were there and didn’t drain it. House was great and Dale was very nice to deal with. We’d stay there again. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would sure recommend.

We had a great stay in the Tempe vacation home. It was centrally located to all of the places we needed to be. There was plenty of room for our group and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

It was ok. I have never stayed at a vrbo that had so many extra charges as this place. The hot tub is 100 extra even though it has a severe leak and needed to be filled every day to stay above the jet line. The hot tub did not regulate temperature as it should so the guest is responsible to watch a video on what they need to do in order for the hot tub to function properly (and save costs to the renter). In one of the bathrooms the shower tub did not shut off properly and continued to drip. The smoke detector also sounded the alarm twice after two showers and the steam triggered it off. I have stayed at at least 10 vrbo's with pools and this was the only one that had a cleaning device that was continually in the pool and going all night (loud in the closest bedroom). When asked if we could remove it the answer was no as it needed to clean the pool? This was interesting as none of the other 10 plus pools I stayed at ever had this issue. This house was OK at best and I would not chose to stay there again. Honestly it was a disappointment to all the other VRBO's I have stayed at in the past 10 years. Nice house if you are ok with outdated and lots of extra rules and fees. Just not what I was use too or expecting from VRBO. The manager did say the hot tub had a small leak, but still charged the same 100 fee. The "small leak" would have meant the hot tub was completely empty after 3 days! That should not have been a full fee for a service that was awful!
