Tide’s Reach; a beautifully revamped Lamorna stone cottage that sits right on the water’s edge of Mousehole’s picturesque harbour and just a minute’s stroll from the beach. All style, light and coastal charm, this is Mousehole at its best, a wonderful place where you and your family can steal away to for blissful relaxation with nothing but sky, sea and bobbing boats to keep you company in one of Cornwall’s best seaside villages.
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Tides Reach is a wonderful and cosy house with an amazing view! We enjoyed our stay very much! The area is amazing and Mousehole is an impressing village!The only thing we have to complain about is the fact that the house needs some cleaning.

Absolutely beautiful flat overlooking the harbour. We had a wonderful stay and any tiny problems concerning how things worked were dealt with immediately. I would recommend this flat to anyone wanting a peaceful stay with a safe environment for children and great for adult swimming. Will certainly book again.

Positives
Tides reach is very well decorated and the location is wonderful . We stay in Mousehole once a year and it was lovely to hear the sound of the sea at night . Having drinks on the terrace was the best place in the village with the view and the sounds of the ocean waves . We cooked in the kitchen quite a few nights and the TV was perfectly situated for four of us to watch comfortably .
The water in the shower was constantly hot for all of us .
Negatives
The bed in the second bedroom was not a full . It was a little bigger than a single at best. Both mattresses in both rooms were uncomfortable . The Patio is shared and the other occupants walk past our bedroom windows to enter and exit , they also sat outside by our bedroom windows and talked which felt pretty intrusive . The house needs a deep clean . Some of the cookware was old and rusty . It was overpriced for what we had and recommend the owners upgrade to warrant the cost .
