Cozy apartment with independent entrance, brand new appliances, queen bed in bedroom and sofa bed in the living room (sleep 4), 15 minutes from medical center, 1 mile from bicycle trail, 5 minutes from Meyerland plaza, access to internet. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is a bus stop at the door with different lines that go to downtown, medical center, and museum district.

Nice house in a great neighborhood, comfortably furnished with a great heater. We had to be in Houston for my better halfs surgery and this was a great place to wait out the weather!

I needed a place located near a friend for a recent visit. This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt like I was staying at home. Nice kitchen, all the utensils and appliances that I needed.

This property was booked so I received a mssg about a new property that I could rent. I agreed. We stayed in a garage turned studio. It was very nice looking but could use some things inside like paper towels. Hot water in the shower and comfortable seating instead of relying on a bed or bar stools. Overall the location was good and the place was clean but there was no broom or towels for cleaning. No Linen for accidents. If the mentioned items were taken care of and this property was put on vrbo the proper way I think it will be nice.
