Location
Light bulb in RR DIDNT WORK . And bulb on right side of bed don’t work . And there’s no blow dryer .

The fact that there was a working vending machine.
The fact that the pool was not cleaned and available for use when I needed it, the lingering smell in the room, and the bathroom not being washed, even though the cleaners came in every day.

The price was too high for this hotel. It looked dingy and old although the outside was cleaned up. The rooms were old looking and the restroom wasn’t even properly cleaned and had cigarette ashes all on the bottom of the toilet even though I got a non smoking room. This hotel was not to my satisfaction at all and I was highly disappointed when I arrived and seen it for the first time. I will not be staying here again, it reminded me of the hotels in the scary movies
