We had a wonderful stay at franks place! Top quality we loved was how quiet and secluded it was. The house was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the hot tub felt warm and clean. We did not have enough shampoo and conditioner but maybe that is because we have 3 girls with long hair! Some highlights of were the local wildlife (Java, deer, turkeys, and lizards),Waston lake, and trivia at Augies. We decided we loved the little cute place just outside of Prescott and it catered our relaxing family spring break!

House was clean, relaxing, and very cozy. Had everything you could need. Kitchen was very “cook friendly “ and had everything we needed. Didn’t use laundry on site but glad it was there just in case. Beautiful neighborhood!

Perfect getaway, tucked away from the busy town. Got to experience the local wildlife from the back porch - mule deer, turkeys, javelinas, bunnies, hummingbirds.

We loved our stay here! We had a girls weekend and spent a lot of time in the house. It was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and saw lots of wildlife.Beds were comfortable and clean and kitchen was well stocked. An excellent weekend!
