Discover our dream Parisian apartment, air-conditioned and renovated, just steps from Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Enjoy an ideal location with shops and restaurants at the foot of the building. A tastefully decorated haven of peace, perfect for an unforgettable stay in Paris, with family or friends.
The Space:
Welcome to our 80m2 air-conditioned apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator and arranged as follows for your greatest comfort:
- 1 double bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet)
- 1 double bedroom with queen-size bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet )
- 1 living room with double sofa bed
- Televisions and WI FI
- 1 dining area for 6 people
- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine with tumble dryer option, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob)
- 2 individual toilets
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests.
Cleaning is carried out by professional staff

The location of my flat gives easy access to many tourist sites and cultural highlights:
- The Montparnasse Tower and the famous Rue de Rennes (a major shopping street): 20 minutes on foot
- Saint Germain des Près: 25 minutes on foot
Le Bon Marche Rive Gauche: 25 minutes on foot
Beaugrennelle shopping centre: 26 minutes on foot
- Les Quais de Seine: 27 minutes on foot
Les Catacombes de Paris: 30 minutes on foot
Les Jardins du Luxembourg: 30 minutes on foot
_ Eiffel Tower : 34 minutes on foot
_ Musee du Louvre : 45 minutes by foot
- Champs Elysées: 45 minutes on foot
- Necker Hospital 13 minute à on foot
I advise you to use your bike (thanks to the applications vélin, lime, bolt...) to make your journeys between 8 to 15 minutes approximately for each place to visit above and to move easily in Paris and discover the capital.
