We spent ten days here with a group of eight, four adults and four children. The home was more than adequate and everything worked well. The house is well used and obviously a rental unit. The house was clean except for exterior windows which, in this case didn't matter too much as we used the home as a base and were not there much during the daytime. Going to Disney World involves a lot of traffic and although it says you are only 15 minutes away, you need to allow about an hour to get there in the morning traffic.

This was an exceptional vacation house. There were 10 of us and each bedroom with their own bathroom was a big plus. The layout of the house was very well done. We would recommend this house to any family!

We have enjoyed this home the past 2 years. Great communication with the host. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool and outdoor area is a great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their space. Family friendly with games. The media room is an added bonus. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Flavio met us at the door upon our arrival and explained the amenities and systems in the house. When we discovered there was no baby gate, he had one delivered. The house is VERY roomy and clean. Our 4 year old grandson had a good time figuring out what bedroom was "his," and we all enjoyed the hot tub even with the chilly weather. The extras such as the double stroller and high chair were appreciated. The game systems, large screen televisions, pool table, and air hockey were great diversions from busy theme park excursions.Champions Gate is a nice compound with water parks (too chilly to use, but they would have been great), a theatre, clubhouse and more. It was quiet and well manicured. Proximity to the theme parts was close; however, the traffic was pretty slow at times.Overall, we give this place a perfect score.
