About this house rental
Tucked away into the dunes of the 7th green of the Ocean Winds Course, this elegant 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on Seabrook Island is the perfect island oasis. The home is a great spot to experience the Seabrook Island life and see the vast array of wildlife and nature. The home was recently renovated with new paint, floors, and Smart TV's.
When you enter the home, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. Just off the entryway, you'll find a formal dining room which seats 6 guests, and a formal sitting room. From there, you then walk into the fully equipped kitchen and living room. Enjoy full golf course views throughout this area from the floor to ceiling windows or easily access the back deck and expansive screened in porch. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The home also has complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully-equipped kitchen is updated with a large center island and abundant cabinet space. It is the perfect spot to whip up a delicious southern meal.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the home. The large master suite (Bedroom #1) features a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom. There is also a desk for reading or working and it has access to the screened in porch. The other two guest bedrooms (Bedrooms #2 and #3) have one queen and one king bed, respectively, and each have their own private bathrooms. The last bedroom (Bedroom #4) is on the second floor above the garage. It features a king bed, TV, and it has a private bathroom.
The home comes with a full-access amenity card to the Lake House and Beach Club pools (some fees apply for additional amenities), and is just a short walk to the beach- about 15-20 minutes.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

This was a great house. Each bedroom has a bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy when they wanted it. It is a process where you have to go online and enter info to get a vehicle pass and amenity card, but it's actually pretty simple to do. Very responsive host, maintenance came right away when we had a question about the door and how to lock it, and it was a beautiful location. Definitely great to have the golf cart for exploring the area and running down to see the sunset and sunrise.Highly recommend to horseback ride on the beach.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The large kitchen was roomy enough for all of us to gather and cook together, and the screen porch was a favorite hangout for us all.While we were there, we ran into a problem. The refrigerator stopped working. Drew from Sweetgrass was there in an instant with a small dorm refrigerator for us to use in the short term, and he unlocked the owners fridge in the garage for us to use. Unfortunately the garage fridge didn’t work either (perhaps there had been a power surge?). So Drew had another dorm size fridge delivered to us to use. Two brand new refrigerators were delivered to the house the very next day! That was no small feat - to select, order and arrange delivery for both a new kitchen fridge and one for the garage was a perfect solution.We can’t possibly say enough about Drew and Sweetgrass - and the responsive owners who remedied the problem so quickly for us. We were able to stay focused on enjoying our vacation, and they remedied the problem. Drew even initiated a partial refund for the food that spoiled in the fridge our first night.We also rented the owners golf cart - it made getting back and forth from the beach with kids a ton of fun!We could not have asked for a better vacation at Seabrook, a more beautiful and comfortable home, or better service than we received from Drew! Thanks for a lovely week at Seabrook Island!!

2611 High Hammock was a great place to stay for a larger family. Roomy and spacious! Renting the golf cart was a game-changer for us as well. We had a wonderful week!
