Upon entering the home, be prepared to embrace a tastefully furnished mudroom, with ample space to store items. Attached to the mudroom, is a screened-in porch, that captures breathtaking views of the surroundings.
An enormous, elegant kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, presides over an open-plan design dining room and living room. Next to the dining area is an additional seating area that includes comfortable seating, perfect for relaxation while watching the television.
Featuring a spacious offering of sleeping quarters, there is room for everyone, with a master bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a king bed and private ensuite. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with their own unique design, including a fun kid's room with custom built-in sleeping nooks. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and the third bedroom on this level has another ensuite. Each of these rooms boasts incredible views of the home's surroundings, and there is even a hidden master bedroom, located above the garage, with a king bed, TV, ensuite, and perfect for those seeking a more secluded stay.

I do not normally write reviews and I’m reluctant to write this one because I’m afraid you, the reader, will have booked this home the next time I want to. This is a fantastic property - maybe the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with many modern conveniences. The location for skiing at Stowe or hanging out in town is amazing. It easily accommodated a group with adults and kids spanning all ages and gave everyone plenty of space. A great choice for a Stowe home base. Will definitely look to stay again!

To begin, the pictures do not do this magnificent property justice. The jaw dropping beauty of both the interior and the grounds of the property envelope you as soon as you enter the premises.
Somehow, the owner has managed to create a space that is modern, elegant, and completely cozy all at once. From the stunning fixtures to the subzero and viking appliances to the amenities, every inch of the house is both welcoming and the height of luxury.
The bedrooms are all complete with the most comfortable beds and bedding, with a view over the breathtaking pastures and mountain range in the distance. To wake up to such beauty immediately puts a smile on your face.
After adventures in Stowe-just a few miles away-from hiking to shopping in the postcard picture New England town, we were eager to get back to the house to build a fire in the great room and chat. And then move to the screening room for a movie, followed by pool and ping pong in the adjoining room.
The home is made complete with stunning photographs by the owner. The majestic prints are for sale and we all chose our favorites-I'll be for sure ordering the fabulous cow portrait for my own home.
Although we were too early for skiing, the house is fully equipped for a winter fun. From boot driers to ski storage to endless space beyond the house for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. For downhill-it's a short drive to the mountain!
