- Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors in the residential area.
- The seasonal pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but opening and closing dates may vary based on weather. Please inquire if you have questions about the pool status for your stay. Pool Heat is optional.
- Saturday arrivals and departures are not permitted; arrival and departure are allowed on other days
- No daily maid service; the home is cleaned before your stay with fresh linens and towels (mid-stay cleaning and additional services are available for a fee)
- Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

Our stay at the Alpine Chateau was fantastic! We had a group of 4 families and it was perfect. The kids had a blast in the game room and the adults had plenty of room upstairs in the kitchen and comfortable dining room and living room. The hot tub was a perfect addition! Highly recommended.
