We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as described and functioning. The location was so convenient and the place had enough room for us. Just be ready to haul groceries and items up a lot of vertical stairs

We were looking for a short term rental (1 mo) as we looked for more permanent accommodations. Staying in the heart of Orenco was a great option. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and more. Also, having two secured parking stalls just made it even more convenient.

Perfect location. The host was very responsive to any requests. He immediately took care of any issues that came up. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and the host was one of the very best we have worked with. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The property was as viewed on the VERO site. This is not common. We couldn’t have been more happy. All the reviews we read were accurate. Our host was very attentive. The only minor issue that came up were initiated by the HOA updating the security system. Our host immediately found the root of the matter and cured the issue. We will stay again if lucky enough to find open dates when back in the area.

For extended stay this property has positives and not quite so positives. Parking under ground is very nice. Many stairs which are described in the owners description. Master suite is quite noisy from traffic on Cornell. Some Neighbors are nice, others not so nice as they don't want short term stay use of the property. Short walk to grocery store and places to eat. Probably better use for young people working out of the home during the day. All in all a nice place to stay in nice location.
